Returns & Exchanges

At Pink Boutique, we want you to love your purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online return portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return authorization slip inside the parcel.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from our portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
